What can we offer?

1. DAILY WOD : Our main focus

To understand and explain FITNESS better we can break it down:

VARIED — Always changing the workouts, never letting your body adapt. Although varied, it doesn't mean random. This is how we get results. It keeps it fun and sustainable. Sometimes we focus on weightlifting, other times gymnastics, sometimes cardio or a combination of them all together.

INTENSITY — Intensity changes. We are not here to beast you or thrash you every single day to just make you tired and sweaty. Anyone can do that. We are here to coach you and make you better everyday through a combination of mixed intensities. Intensity is the act of creating power (power = force multiplied by distance divided by time). In basic language we are saying power/intensity is how much weight you can move over the longest distance in the shortest amount of time. Our goal is to create people who can do more, for longer and faster, all while of course maintaining proper form and technique.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS — Movements humans were built for. Movements that are natural and safe. Movements we use in everyday life such as squating, deadlifting, pulling yourself up, etc. These are movements that promote neurological and hormonal responses, leading to better health, actual strength, actual core stability, agility, and flexibility. With a transfer to everyday life so you can go and do the things you have always wanted.

Our classes can be scaled to any body, any age, and any level of fitness. It's fun, its safe, and best of all it gets results.
